Alon Laor has spent 30 years closing deals that other people couldn't. As an executive sales leader at companies including Coralogix, Orca, Panaya, CPQ/HP and Sisense, he's personally driven over $100M in annual sales and led teams through successful exits and an IPO.

But the story he tells is older than any of that. Before sales, there were horses. Years of training young horses taught Alon something that no MBA program teaches: how to apply pressure and release in a way the other side never feels as pressure at all. That principle — the heart of his T.O.P. methodology — is what separates persuasion from pushing, and what makes buyers feel they decided to say yes.

He holds an MBA and a Negotiation Mastery certificate from Harvard Business School, is a Master Practitioner of NLP and Sleight-of-Mouth, and speaks English, Hebrew, and French. He has been volunteering at Gvahim for over 15 years — helping immigrant professionals rebuild their careers in Israel.
